Project Manager (All Levels)

Job Description: Project Manager (All Levels)

Job Overview

As a Korio Project Manager, you will work closely with our customers and Korio team members to define, setup and manage IRT/randomization and trial supply management (RTSM) systems associated with individual clinical trials. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and focused individuals who have a deep passion for customer service, and who crave being part of a newly formed and innovative company.

What you’ll do

  • Lead your IRT projects- you are the primary point of contact for both the customer as well as your Korio colleagues- you will set the tone for your projects early and often.
  • Setup and maintain healthy relationships with all project stakeholders (customer and Korio) to ensure expectations are mutually communicated and understood.
  • Document and manage information flow from various project stakeholders through the Korio platform to enable the setup and management of all phases of customer project implementation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables to proactively manage outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Korio team members to resolve challenges- early detection and proactive issue resolution will enable Korio to become the best it can be- both for customers and for Korio’s employees.
  • Inform Korio’s roadmap- your feedback regarding our platform and services will be instrumental in continuously perfecting our delivery process.

What you bring to the table

  • Passion for customer service- your impulse is to please those around you with polished deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Curiosity- you are hungry to learn more, do things differently, and proactively identify areas for improvement (with well-reasoned suggestions for fixes!).
  • Detailed-oriented mindset- we are working with our customers to set up and manage their clinical trials- every detail DOES matter.
  • Experience in IRT, e-Clinical or healthcare tech for a healthy appreciation of the Korio customer priorities and the clinical trials industry.
  • Problem-solving skills- the proven ability to triage and resolve routine and complex customer issues in a well-reasoned manner with access to the appropriate tools and data.
  • An action-biased approach and a reputation for Getting Stuff Done.
  • An understanding that help is a two-way street- you will ask for help when you need it, and you will offer help when it is needed.

Remote Work

  • All of our roles are remote, however some roles may carry specific location-based eligibility requirements. Our hiring team can help answer any questions about location after starting the recruiting process.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental & vision insurance premium reimbursement
  • Flexible paid time off
