Job Description: Senior Product Manager

Job Overview 

As the Senior Product Manager for Korio, you will work to define, build, launch, and own our randomization and trial supply management (RTSM) platform. The Korio portal enables users to manage their clinical trial supply chain and assign investigational product to trial patients. You will be responsible for holistically defining how investigators and study managers interact with patients and sites, enabling and empowering our users (internal/external) to make each clinical trial a success. 

The scope of the role includes product ownership of the portal, content delivery solutions, and development of new products and features that advance the user experience.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with UX Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to prioritize features, ship products, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Own features within the work stream and own complete accountability of the product.
• Anticipate and identify execution challenges with proposed plans.
• Account for the delivery and success from end to end for Korio products. 
• Provide independent feasibility estimates and predict implications of decisions on technical debt.
• Represent visual and interaction rationale in conversation without designers present. 
• Be a strong leader that facilitates collaboration.
• Anticipate compliance needs and proactively devise strategies to mitigate challenges that arise with releases. 
• Lead discovery for all persons using the clinical trials platform for feature development.
• Coach peers and junior colleagues on best practices in product life cycle development. 
• Proactively prepare for successful completion of each phase within SDLC to ensure timely delivery. 
• Demonstrate the ability to continually refine the team's processes while empowering team members to feel heard and respected.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the table

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management or a combination of education and experience in this area.
• Ability to concisely explain why a product prioritization decision is made.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve business results via technical decisions in partnership with technical peers.
• Ability to delegate portions of documentation activities while retaining high quality and accountability.
• Ability to complete all appropriate sections of compliance documentation as required for product management.
• Deep understanding of identifying and filling product gaps, generating new ideas that grow market share, improving customer experience and driving growth.
• Ability to mentor new members in the product and engineering teams.
• Ability to solely manage a product through regulation with your compliance counterpart.
