We are looking for a Senior Director, Business Development to join our growing Business Development team and help expand Korio's business by selling Randomization & Trial Supply Management (RTSM) solutions across the life sciences and CRO channels. The first line of sight for Korio's prospective customers is our Business Development team, so it is critical that this team is built with the highest standards from the start.

This is a hands-on engineering role that combines day-to-day technical execution with longer-term improvements to support processes, tooling, automation, and self-service capabilities. You will work closely with Client Services, Product, Engineering, DevOps, and customers as needed to ensure support requests are triaged, communicated, and resolved effectively.
We are looking for a motivated, customer-minded engineering leader who enjoys resolving time-sensitive production support needs, building scalable support systems, and leading by example.
What You Will Do

What You Bring To The Table

Job Overview
As a Korio Project Manager, you will work closely with our customers and Korio team members to define, set up, and manage IRT/randomization and trial supply management (RTSM) systems associated with individual clinical trials. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and focused individuals who have a deep passion for customer service, and who crave being part of a newly formed and innovative company.
What You'll Do
| ✓ | Lead your IRT projects. You are the primary point of contact for both the customer and your Korio colleagues, setting the tone for your projects early and often. |
| ✓ | Set up and maintain healthy relationships with all project stakeholders (customer and Korio) to ensure expectations are mutually communicated and understood. |
| ✓ | Document and manage information flow from various project stakeholders through the Korio platform to enable the setup and management of all phases of customer project implementation. |
